DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped by FEDEX which is a trackable service to your door. We have a daily pickup by FEDEX and will email you tracking details as soon as the parcel has been collected. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

TAX FREE (NON EU CUSTOMERS)

Customers outside of the European Union can shop tax-free. This tax-free sales is automatically generated based on your shipping address. 

Please note that a handling , import fee and domestic VAT charge may apply to packages imported from the E.U.

Any additional cost payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery or get charged by the courier after the delivery.

BREXIT 

British customers will also be able to shop tax-free (= free of BE VAT, 21%) from 01/01/2021 on.

Important: British customers will also be charged a handling fee, import tax, and UK VAT when the package is imported into the UK.

For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
